This app is provided by Alma Calma Hotel Rural (Tindaya, Fuerteventura, Spain) to help guests view their stay, browse rooms, discover local beaches and places, see the spa menu, and contact the hosts.

Information we collect
Your name. When you first open the app, you’re asked for your name so the app can greet you. It’s stored only on your device (local storage) and is never sent to us or to any server. It is deleted if you uninstall the app or clear its data.

Language preference. Your chosen language is stored only on your device, the same way.

Nothing else. We don’t ask for your email, phone number, location, contacts, or photos. We don’t create user accounts. We don’t use analytics or advertising SDKs, and we don’t track you across other apps or websites.

Third-party services the app uses
Open-Meteo (open-meteo.com) — to show today’s weather for Fuerteventura, the app requests current conditions for a fixed location. No personal data is sent with this request.
WhatsApp — when you choose to message Sem or Elisa from the Concierge screen, the app opens WhatsApp with your message pre-filled. That conversation then happens directly between you and WhatsApp/Meta, under WhatsApp’s own privacy policy. We don’t see or store these messages ourselves.
The hotel’s booking website (almacalmahotelrural.com) — the “Check availability & book” button opens the hotel’s real booking page in your browser, subject to that website’s own privacy policy.
Data retention
Everything the app stores (your name, language) stays on your device only. We have no server, so we have nothing to delete on our end — uninstalling the app or clearing its storage removes it.

Children’s privacy
This app is intended for hotel guests and is not directed at children.

Changes to this policy
If this policy changes, the update will be posted at this same address with a new “last updated” date.
